The Best Chicken Rub EVER

Herb Rubbed Chicken:

4 lb. cut-up chicken
Pinch or more dried sage
2 tablespoons dried thyme
1 tablespoons coarse salt
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
4 cloves garlic

Mix all ingredients (except chicken) together in a bowl. Rinse chicken and rub each piece with the mixture. Place on grill over medium heat until fully cooked.

Hint: Place a meat thermometer into the breast. Grill to a safe internal temperature of 165 degrees

I believe the safe cook temp of chicken is 165 degrees F
